  • Mission

Our mission is to be a service organization of sisterhood within the community. Our purpose is to cultivate a culture of compassion for all people through our community engagements and volunteer efforts.

    About Us

Omega Theta Pi was founded in 1990 on the campus of Pennsylvania State University by 16 young ladies. Their initial goal was to be the first organization that would make a change and welcome diversity to the campus. Since then, Omega Theta Pi has opened their doors and hearts to women from all walks of life not just Penn State graduates. The purpose of the group is to serve as a Service organization in the community by promoting high standards for woman and children, establish good community relationships and instill in each other high self esteem and love for one another. Omega Theta Pi was officially incorporated in 2020 and is currently involved in community engagement and volunteer services throughout Philadelphia and surrounding areas. Our main goal is to support a community of people that are in need and bring love and light into their lives. We have successfully organized and participated in homeless outreach, book bag and holiday gift basket give aways, clothing and food drives, as well as fundraisers for academic scholarships.
