Agents of Change provides comprehensive resettlement support for ex-prisoners, their families and the community. Our goal is to help ex-prisoners become good citizens and strong agents of change within the community.
Stories convey much more than just information; they also help us to see the world in new and unexpected ways. Our view is that each ex-prisoner within our community is a potential AGENT OF CHANGE with a transformative HERO’S JOURNEY to live and share.
