PSW, Inc. builds partnerships that will enable individuals and families to reach economic self-sufficiency through education and training for current and future workforce needs and help companies develop a well-trained workforce so that they might survive and prosper.

Young Adult Employment Initiative

YAEI works to empower disadvantaged and disengaged youth with the tools to overcome barriers and move into self-sustaining employment with sectors of the economy where there is a need. The YAEI works with industry, education, organized labor, and community organizations to build and implement strategies to achieve its mission.
