The 8th Amendment Project (8AP) is tasked with directing the national strategy to end the death penalty and consulting with 40+ partners on an ongoing basis to maximize the effectiveness of the work, including litigation, advocacy, communications, research, and funding. We are focused on helping to strengthen the anti-death penalty movement. We are a fiscally sponsored project of the Center for Death Penalty Litigation.
