About Us
Shepherd's Green, an alternative for animals mission is to rescue and rehabilitate potbellied and other pigs that have been abandoned, negelcted and abused, and to provide Outreach Services to pigs in need across the southeast by funding s/n and habitats. This is a no kill refuge, in existence for 10 plus years on 34 acres in the hills of rural Tennessee. The organization is a 501c3 and all members are volunteer and all funding is by donation.
