Future Leaders in Action

Future Leaders in Action ("FLIA") mobilizes fellows to implement and evaluate a short-term recurring program with the partner organization. Prior to commencing the fellowship, the fellow must fundraise to cover the expenses of the program. Fellows work to advance the partner's mission in areas of education, healthy futures, economic opportunity and/or environmental sustainability. The partner organization gains the dedicated fellow to assist in capacity building. Fellows gain valuable professional and leadership experience.
