About Us
PeaceQuilts is a 501(c)(3) non-profit economic
development organization relieving poverty in Haiti by establishing and
supporting independent, member-owned women's sewing cooperatives.
Currently we work with nearly 100 women in 6 cooperatives in Lilavois,
Port-au-Prince, Damassin, Saut d'Eau and Cité Soleil. PeaceQuilts
provides equipment, training, supplies, marketing assistance and educational
opportunities.
