Colorado Teen Project (CTP)

We pick up where foster care leaves off. The Colorado Teen Project advocates for youth aging out of foster care and youth experiencing homelessness. The youth we serve can take advantage of community building and support, creating a bridge where foster care leaves off. Our youth mentoring program is designed to match each young adult with sustainable mentoring and skill-building with area Influencers. We all need someone on our journey who cares and the Colorado Teen Project offers a community of support.

Our Mission is to empower current and former foster youth to reach personal success through educational programming, individualized therapeutic support and integration with community members through our comprehensive mentorship program.
