    Upper Valley MEND's mission is " meeting each need with dignity." Our vision is an empowered community with equitable access to food, housing, healthcare and emergency services. Our programs serve the rural Upper Wenatchee Valley region in north central Washington state.

    Our various programs provide support for basic needs:

    -Community Cupboard: food bank and emergency financial support

    -Community Harvest: produce gleaning program

    -Das Thrif Haus: thrift store

    -SHARE Community Land Trust: affordable home ownership

    -Upper Valley Free Clinic: free health and dental clinic

    -Jubilee Global Gifts: Fair Trade gift store
