  • Mission

Westbank is dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of individuals. Our mission is to tirelessly promote and improve the quality of life, through a comprehensive range of health and wellbeing initiatives, ensuring lasting positive outcomes for all.

    About Us

Westbank League of Friends was established in 1986 and operated as a registered charity for over 20 years until it became Westbank Community Health and Care and registered as a company limited by guarantee in 2007.

We work to empower and improve the health of communities and individuals across Devon and to become a voluntary sector leader for development and innovation across Devon and the southwest region of the UK.

Westbank runs a comprehensive range of health and wellbeing services across the county. These include Devon Carers and Devon Young Carers - which provide support services to unpaid carers, hospital discharges through the Neighbourhood Friends service, The Community Cookery School, The Community Hub, Health Walks and many others. Please see our website for more information.
