Ecology Crossroads Cooperative Foundation was founded in 1994 by Col. David J. Wright to address issues relative to the natural ecosystems and biodiversity. The organization was responsible for distributing 10,000,000 small trees and saplings to homeowners by the turn of the century in 1999. Today the organization is working on the last great frontier with an ecological village Ekobius International (cooperative) and is establishing an offshore international foundation for the Huottuja De'aruhua People as part of an economic and poverty relief program in the scope of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals with Globcal International which became our subsidiary in January 2020.
The founder always believed it was a rational strategy to tie relative nonprofit projects and programs to the annual celebrations, days and observances that are capable of being recognized in connection with the activism and advocacy behind the purposes of these events and actions.
