About Us
White Feather Farm (also known as the Theoria Foundation) is a nonprofit
organization that aims to create connections between community, culture, and land. Our work is
concentrated in two primary areas: agriculture and the arts. Our Saugerties-based organic farm
shares sustainable agricultural practices with the community of the Hudson Valley and beyond.
We focus on soil regeneration, cultivating biodiversity and sequestering atmospheric carbon. Our
artistic programs operate at the intersection of creativity and sustainability. We offer multi-arts
residencies, performances and educational programming for artists, innovators and organizations
whose work explores connections between the natural environment, arts and culture and
sustainable agriculture.
