LIFESPAN program operate from 18 locations in North Carolina between Cherokee and Alamance counties. Program services include: Adult Day Health, Adult Day Care, CBRS/Special Instruction, Developmental Therapy Service, Personal Assistance, Vocational Rehabilitation, Therapies, Day Supports, Residential, Supported Employment, Long Term Vocational Support Services, Private Pay, ICF/MR, ADVP, Developmental Day (Infants, Preschool and Adult), Home and Community Services, Respite, Personal Care, Contracted Services, Day Activity, Innovation Services, and Community Guide.
