The Edna House for Women
About Us
Born of the vision of four sober women in 2004, the mission of The Edna House is to give women an opportunity to recover from alcohol and drug addiction by providing a safe, sober place to live and to learn life skills in order to maintain 12-step based sobriety throughout their lifetime. The Edna House does not micromanage a woman’s recovery. Residents care for the house and each other, bonding and avoiding the lonely isolation that can be tempting to give into in early sobriety. Only the willingness to stay sober is needed.
