To create and provide for free, non-commercial training material for community field workers, their managers and planners, to guide and stimulate low income communities, everywhere but especially in poor countries, to become empowered and determine their own futures, in various languages (but mainly English, French and Spanish) on the internet to download for free and use, and to provide free feedback and guidance by email for trainers and community workers.
