    Richardson Humane Society is an all-volunteer organization that has rescued and found homes for over 2300 pets since 2000. RHS is a registered 501(c) 3 Non Profit Texas corporation dedicated to helping homeless animals and educating the community on responsible pet ownership.

    About Us

    Richardson Humane Society pulls companion animals (cats and dogs) from local public animal shelters and places them in forever homes. RHS provides all appropriate veterinary care, including spaying and neutering, heartworm preventative, vaccinations and microchipping. RHS does not have a physical shelter and all pets in the program are fostered in volunteers' homes, with the pet's expenses covered by RHS.
