Brooklyn College Community Partnership
Brooklyn College Community Partnership(BCCP) is a leading youth development organization that uses a social and emotional learning model to support over 1000 youth to navigate middle and high school and prepare for college each year. BCCP facilitates programs in the arts, college prep, work-readiness, STE(A)M, health and wellness, and social justice from the Psychology Department at Brooklyn College for over 25 years. Our programs also offer the services of over 50 college mentors per year to support our programs.
BCCP also facilitates Brooklyn College Art Lab (BCAL), one the premiere out-of-school time sites for youth in Brooklyn. BCAL is a 7,000 sq. ft., youth-dedicated and designed arts and technology space in the heart of Brooklyn College that includes two recording studios, a state-of-the-art maker lab, fashion studio, kitchen lab, gym, college access studio and assembly space. BCCP has made college a tangible reality for tens of Brooklyn youth of students since 1992.
