  • About Us

The Loop Lab is a Cambridge-based nonprofit social enterprise committed to empowering women, young adults of color, and other underrepresented groups to join the creative economy through careers in the video and audio industry. We provide 19 weeks of free training in audio/video skills, professional development skills, and holistic work in areas like financial literacy, followed by a 200 hour paid internship with one of our partners.

We support that mission with our Media Production Studio that specializes in digital storytelling through video and audio, with alumni working on a vast majority of these projects. Through key partnerships with leaders like WBUR, Audible, The Boston Foundation, Artplace America, Emerson University, and Northeastern University; and by creating equity work internally and externally for our trainees, we aim to empower these disenfranchised young adults.
