The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian Church. Its message is based on the Bible. Its ministry is motivated by love for God. Its mission is to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ and meet human needs in His name without discrimination.

For 17 years The Salvation Army has been an integral part of the Riverhead community and the greater east end of Long Island. We provide a wide variety of activities such as educational programs, social services, religious programs, recreation and fellowship for persons of all ages, regardless of nationality, race, sex, gender, orientation, or religious belief.
