High Plains Housing Development

  • About Us

High Plains Housing Development is a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing affordable housing for low-to-moderate income families in Greeley/Weld County. Our focus is on creating housing solutions for the most marginalized and underserved groups through collaboration with state and community stakeholders, as well as development partners. High Plains recently embarked on a new development project – a multi-phase affordable housing campus, including a 58-unit permanent supportive housing project, StarRise at North Weld Village in Greeley that is currently under construction. The development of this campus is the beginning of an exciting period of growth for the organization and will catalyze our future affordable housing development.
