Cheerleading develops athleticism, strength, flexibility, coordination, endurance, and dedication. Cheer is also a social, team-based activity that can help boost kids’ self-confidence and leadership skills while teaching important life values including preparation, dedication, and teamwork. Learning to master difficult skills, working with teammates, and performing at games and competitions all provide valuable life skills to the young athletes who participate, as well as being FUN!
