Golf is a game for anyone and everyone deserves a chance to play! It is the foundation's belief that by providing professional golf instruction in an environment conducive to learning, our Athletes will develop the skill set to become a golfer. As a golfer, life will present new possibilities for social and athletic development. Golf also offers families the opportunity to engage in healthy experiences together, building memories to last a lifetime. We currently offer four programs. To introduce golf, we offer the Discovery Golf Clinic. This is a two hour event that introduces the sites, sounds, and swings of golf. Athletes then move on to the I GOT THIS Golf Camp, which delivers a baseline of instruction to develop a golf foundation and further interest in the sport. The I GOT THIS Championship is an annual golf tournament for people with Down syndrome and other intellectual disabilities. Last but not least, the I GOT THIS Instructor Academy which helps professional golf instructors and volunteers learn how to best interact with our Athletes. Programs are open to those age 13+ with intellectual disabilities, along with a Playing Partner. The curriculums are designed to take an Athlete from learning basic skills to being able to play with family and friends.
