We are a non-profit organization funded and supported through the following federal and state agencies, as well as local contributions: Central Missouri Food Bank, Corporation for National Service, Missouri Public Transit Association, Missouri Department of Transportation, and the United Way of Callaway County. Our agency consists of three main programs: The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) (Director - Peg Dzicek), the Outreach Program (Director - Brittany Abbott), and the SERVE Transportation Program (Director - Courtney Harrison). RSVP is federally fund by the Corporation for National Community Service and seeks volunteers 55 yrs of age and older who are willing to lead through their experience and wisdom to make positive changes in the community. Outreach manages our main Food Pantry and several satellite pantries in the county, provides utility assistance, and runs our Back-to-School program and our Adopt-A-Family program every year. The Transportation Program provides affordable public transit throughout the county.
