Beautiful Day helps refugees adjust to life in America by offering paid, on-the-job training. Every job in our company is designed to be part of a hands-on classroom where trainees gain critical skills and the confidence to enter the job market. At the same time, our award-winning products educate consumers about the refugee crisis. Every purchase, every bite or sip, provides a practical way to get involved with human displacement and start building more informed, welcoming communities.
About Us
With 80 million displaced people in the world today, half of them children, it is vital that the world community find practical ways to help refugees resettle and rebuild. As the refugee crisis grows, so does the need for innovative solutions. Beautiful Day has developed a model for integrating refugees that works. People who once faced huge barriers are now working steady jobs, buying homes, and sending their kids to college. We are working hard to grow our business and expand our training programs with the long-term goal of replicating this model in other cities and states.
