The mission of Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) is to nurture the healing ministry of the Church, supported by education and research. Fidelity to the Gospel urges us to emphasize human dignity and social justice as we create healthier communities.

Burleson St- Joseph Skilled Nursing & Rehab is a facility with a bed capacity of 112 people. Volunteers help to ensure daily quality of life for our residents.

Our vision is to live our Mission and Values, to improve the health of our communities, initiate research, and promote the education of new models for quality healthcare.
