Services

Medha offers three, interconnected services to each of its key stakeholders – students, employers, and educational institutions.

For students, Medha delivers specialized classes across four key areas – business fundamentals, workplace techniques, life skills, and career services. In addition, Medha provides students access to on-the-job training opportunities, job search support, group activities and events, and an alumni network.

For employers, Medha provides needs assessment analysis, workforce planning, and recruitment and placement services. In addition, Medha’s curriculum is built in conjunction with leading employers, in turn reducing training time and cost for new employees.

For educational institutions, Medha offers teacher training and development, employer relations, curriculum enhancement, and a partner network. In addition, Medha aims to improve the employment outcomes of their existing students, in turn enhancing the institution’s reputation and credibility.
