Family Connection Center (FCC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing a safe space and supervision for family visitation for families in the foster care system working toward reunification. We specifically work with families who have entered care due to poverty-related circumstances and addiction. Our goal is to support family preservation whenever possible by providing a safe environment, offering resources, and connecting families with community support.
We are currently seeking committed, compassionate volunteers to serve as Visitation Supervisors. This role is vital-our volunteers provide on-site supervision during visits between children and their parents, ensuring safety while helping families work toward reunification.
While that is our primary volunteer role, FCC also offers a wide range of other opportunities for those with a heart to help but who may have a different skill set or interest. These include areas such as social media management, community engagement, website support, transportation assistance, and donation collection/driving.
