  • Mission

The Standard Institute prepares young men for adulthood through structure, mentorship, accountability, and real-world readiness experiences that challenge them to raise their personal standard.

    About Us

The Standard Institute is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping young men develop the discipline, ownership, accountability, and real-world readiness needed for adulthood.

We believe many young men are entering adulthood without the structure, mentorship, and practical preparation necessary to thrive. Our programs are designed to help bridge that gap through mentorship, leadership development, personal responsibility, and hands-on learning experiences.

Through initiatives such as The Standard Fellowship, Foundations, community events, and service opportunities, we challenge young men to build stronger habits, follow through on commitments, communicate effectively, and take ownership of their future.

Our work is rooted in three core pillars:

    • Discipline
    • Ownership
    • Readiness

We serve young men, families, mentors, and community partners who believe in raising the standard for the next generation. Volunteers play an important role in helping us create meaningful experiences, expand access to programming, and strengthen our impact within the community.
