Rise unlocks potential and opens doors to success for people with disabilities or other challenges through creative solutions and customized support. Rise envisions a progressive, supportive, and collaborative environment that fosters meaningful growth and provides opportunities to live a life filled with purpose.
About Us
Rise offers over 40 programs to assist people in meeting their employment and housing goals. These include vocational assessment, career planning, job training, job placement, and follow-up support services as well as outreach to people who are homeless, independent living skills training, and transitional housing. Headquartered in Fridley, Rise has 30 offices located in the Twin Cities, St. Cloud, and Western Wisconsin, and we work with hundreds of businesses in those communities.
