Girls on the Run is a physical activity-based positive youth development program for girls in 3rd through 8th grade. Our evidence-based curriculum is intentional in developing competence, confidence, connection, character and caring through lessons that guide girls in conversation, running games and activities, during 90-minute practices that take place twice a week for 10 weeks in the spring and fall. Each season includes the girls completing a community impact project, and ends with a huge 5K celebration - the most joyful, inspiring 3.1 miles on earth!
