About Us

The Queens Fellowship is a 10-month professional development and networking program for non-profit, faith, government and community leaders serving Queens. The Queens Fellowship works to strengthen Queens by valuing its diversity through proactively uniting neighborhoods and communities as well as advancing the next generation of leaders throughout the borough by challenging them to collaborate to find solutions together and create a better quality of life for all. Ultimately, the Fellows will be able to utilize their diversity as an asset to themselves, their agencies, their communities, and Queens as a whole. Fellows participate in monthly professional seminars, personal development trainings and networking opportunities with key decision makers in our city.

The Queens Fellowship is a partnership with the Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs, One Nation, and The New York Community Trust. It receives consultation from LaGuardia Community College, COPO and CAUSE-NY, the Intergroup Relations & Community Concerns division of the Jewish Community Relations Council of New York.
