HEART4Victims helps victims of crime access and apply for government and non-profit services through our unique one-stop-hub.

    HEART4Victims.org provide technology solutions to Victim of Crime Administrators and non-profit service providers to increase access to crime victim compensation and related services. Most recently HEART4Victims.org was awarded a government grant to design, develop and implement VCP Online Application and V-postal box (virtual mailbox) for the Oklahoma Crime Victim Compensation Board. HEART4Victims.org has implemented phase one and two of a three phase project. Oklahoma victims of crime can now file an application for compensation, submit documents and reply to requests via their smartphone, note book or personal computer, 24/7.
