T.T.A.T. ia Non-Profit 501(c)(3)/Public Charity that operates on a yearround basis, including provision of some program services, instructional and enrichmnet services during the year. This also includes WRAP around programming. Currently serve five (5) counties: Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego.
