Our Mission

Our mission is to help philanthropy and education and workforce providers and policy makers make data-driven decisions based on an accurate understanding of the labor market so that they can better help their customers and constituents achieve success.

What We Do

We develop customized, data-driven products and services for education and workforce practitioners and policy makers to help guide their efforts in achieving positive, meaningful labor market outcomes for the students and jobseekers they serve. This can include issuing in-depth research reports on industries, populations, emerging trends, and policy issues; developing tools for jobseekers and workforce professionals; and providing clients with training and strategic consultation.

Our team comes from a variety of backgrounds – policy, planning, workforce operations, and research – bringing a multilayered perspective to all of our work. Our grounding in practice comes from years of close collaboration with providers, educators, and policy makers. We train our clients on how to find and use a range of labor market information sources and help them become more strategic as they develop new programs or improve upon existing ones.
