We are a progressive labor union organizing and representing public sector workers in Connecticut, and proud to be part of the fastest growing organization fighting for social and economic justice in the nation; the Service Employees International Union (SEIU).
CSEA/SEIU Local 2001's members include 25,000 active and retired public sector workers serving in state, municipal, and town agencies, as well as local school boards across Connecticut. Our union’s membership also includes workers with non-profit organizations and private companies contracted to provide public services through state and local government agencies.
