The First Tee of the Golden Isles

The First Tee is a youth development organization introducing the game of golf and its inherent values to young people. Through after-school and in-school programs, we help shape the lives of young people from all walks of life by reinforcing values like integrity, respect, and perseverance through the game of golf. And it’s making a difference. To date, the organization has impacted over 7,000 local youth in Glynn and Camden Counties and is continuously expanding. In order to keep our focus on quality over quantity; we rely heavily on motivated community members to volunteer their time and be a mentor for a couple hours, one day a week.
