    Founded in 1996, the aim of the Red Ribbon Project is to provide HIV/AIDS awareness, education, prevention and support in Eagle County, Colorado. Since the group's inception, the scope of our work has grown to include a comprehensive ESL education program for students grades 3-12, free HIV testing, condom distribution, and financial assistance for those who are infected and/or affected by HIV in Eagle County.
