    Carmelitos is a public housing development owned and managed by the Housing Authority of the County of Los Angeles. It has over 700 units of which 155 are for seniors and disabled adults. The Carmelitos Housing Community brings together innovative programs and services designed to improve the quality of life for residents and enable them to attain self-sufficiency. We offer a wide range of programs and services delivered through an array of community partnerships.
