    A Place to Stand (APTS) works with existing organizations to create healthier communities by providing basic needs such as: stable housing, adequate nutrition, education, employment assistance, and healthcare.

    About Us

    In October 2014 A Place to Stand was incorporated and received its tax-exempt status in spring 2015. A Place to Stand has an ongoing capital campaign in order to acquire land or a building to house homeless families and provide supportive services. Until that time we continue to work with local organizations to provide food, health services, and other basic needs to community members.
