At A-Vision Community Health Services, our mission is to empower communities by identifying health and wellness needs and taking meaningful action to address them. Through compassionate care, education, and outreach, we bring neighbors together to create lasting change. Founded with a passion for people and a heart for community, A-Vision Community Health Services is a nonprofit organization based in Richmond, Virginia, dedicated to improving health outcomes through grassroots outreach, education, and support services. Our work began with a simple belief: that every person deserves access to compassionate, culturally relevant, and community-centered healthcare regardless of age, income, or background.

We saw the need. And we set out to create the change.

Our Goals:

• To reduce health disparities among underserved populations, especially seniors.
• To provide preventative health education and wellness screenings directly within communities.
• To connect individuals with resources that promote independence, wellness, and a better quality of life.
• To build a network of committed volunteers who care about community health as much as we do.
