    About Us

    The Jaybird Learning Academy (JLA) is a long-term care program that offers Individualized Socialization and Skills (ISS) services for (18+) adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

    JLA provides person-centered activities and supports the pursuit and enhancement of employment and daily living goals. JLA provides assistance and safety for individuals who cannot manage personal care needs. We will promote an individual’s development of skills and behavior that supports social independence and personal choice.
