The Access Project and Millennium Villages Rwanda at the Earth Institute

  • About Us

The Access Project has worked in Rwanda and other countries in sub-Saharan Africa since 2002, playing a key role in strengthening health system management, from the national to the district to the health center level. The affiliated Neglected Tropical Diseases Control Program is helping the Ministry of Health build a national NTD control program. The Millennium Villages Project in Rwanda seeks to enable rural communities to escape extreme poverty and improve quality of life by implementing a comprehensive program of development across the key sectors of agriculture, health, education, business development, and infrastructure.
