    Welcome to One Island Sustainable in Honaunau.

    We are a local learning-community-of-practice in West Hawaii and collaborator with like-minded endeavors elsewhere.

    As a rural, non-profit (501c3), education center on an organic farm, we are practicing, learning, demonstrating and teaching sustainable living with emphasis on these domains: local food system strengthening; renewable energy / energy efficiency tools and grants; watershed protection resources; green economy incubation; health and wellness programs; and arts and culture events.
