AIDS Leadership Foothills Area Alliance

ALFA has been around since 1987 and is the only HIV/AIDS nonprofit that serves the Unifour and surrounding area. ALFA's service area includes Alexander, Alleghany, Ashe, Burke, Caldwell, Catawba, Lincoln, Watuaga, and Wilkes counties. At ALFA we provide one-on-one case management services to those infected with HIV. ALFA also provides HIV/AIDS education programs, volunteer opportunities, and free, confidential HIV testing. All services provided supports our mission of enhancing the lives of those infected and affected; or at risk for HIV.
