Changing Destinations: Journey To Excellence, Inc. is a student development program based on the belief that all students have uncharted potential. Our mission is to inspire a renewed desire for academic, social, and personal success in middle and high school students. We break down barriers to success, through after-school one-on-one and small group mentoring programs. These programs focus on four key student development components: mentoring & leadership, social development, cultural competency, and educational enrichment. We are confident that our partnership with students in these areas will to help them chart their own course to success.
