REFUGE VILLAGE COMMUNITY HOPE INC

  • Mission

Refuge Village's mission is to provide short-term housing for battered families caught in the cycle of family violence and trauma, poverty and homelessness. We aim to HEAL, EMPOWER, EDUCATE, and ADVOCATE. We want to enhance the community in which we serve by providing and developing programs to assist victims of domestic violence, homelessness and poverty.

    About Us

Refuge Village is a 501(C)(3) organization that is registered in Georgia with an operation scope that spans Georgia, Alabama, Arkansas, Texas and Louisiana. We are a relief organization that provides community aid for family violence victims (both men and women), teen mentoring, food pantry, and homeless relief. We will feature a safe haven/emergency housing for family violence victims. We will also provide mentoring for teenagers as the teen age bracket is one of the most sensitive periods in one’s life. We are also an initiative that seeks to reduce the rate of homelessness and poverty in Atlanta, Georgia, and the whole of the United States. We are aware of the tough time people go through in trying to cope better with adversity that comes with family violence, and we have come to bring help in a situation like this down to their affordability. Our programs will be offered free of charge so that many willing enrollees can be beneficiaries.
