    Founded in the summer of 1996, Collaborative Solutions for Communities (CSC) formerly known as the Columbia Heights/Shaw Family Support Collaborative works to support children, youth and families in our neighborhoods. Our mission is to prevent child abuse and neglect, help families in need, and build a family support network in Columbia Heights and Shaw.
