Located on 160 acres of historic farmland in Laconia, New Hampshire, the property consists of open fields, woodlands, wetlands, heritage gardens, hiking trails, a natural play scape currently under construction, an historic three-story barn as well as other outbuildings, including a maple sugaring house, and the Samuel Prescott Pardoe Environmental Education Center built in 2005, which houses office and classroom space. Prescott Farm runs on an annual budget of approximately $500,000 with five staff members.
