About Us
The primary purpose of the James C. Caldwell Center (JCCCC) is to identify, evaluate and respond to the needs of our community residents. Through the efforts of our professional staff and volunteers we are committed to provide the opportunity for educational, social and physical growth for the people of all ages in the North Toledo Community. The Caldwell Center provides many important programs to the youth of North Toledo. However, we are looking to expand and improve those programs, as well as provide additional services.
