    The mission of the African Wild Dog Conservancy is to promote wild dog conservation through scientific research, community-based action, and conservation education. Our objectives are to (1)establish field conservation programs involving local communities in wild dog research and education, (2)develop a collaborative multidisciplinary program integrating field and captive research, and (3) facilitate community development programs aimed at improving the lives of local people by building partnerships with NGOs and other stakeholders.
